Are the hotels included in the package personally inspected?
Yes. Every hotel and dharamshala in our yatra packages is inspected in person by our team before we contract it. Room photographs from real stays (not marketing shots) are shared with you before booking.
Can elderly parents or grandparents join?
Absolutely — most of our travellers are 55+. Every itinerary can be adjusted for pacing, and wheelchair or portering support is arranged wherever the terrain allows. For Char Dham, a helicopter option is available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund minus payment-gateway charges if you cancel 21+ days before departure. 50% refund 10–20 days prior, no refund inside 10 days. Genuine medical emergencies are handled case-by-case with documentation.
Do you arrange Pind Daan at Gaya, Kashi and Badrinath?
Yes. We work with verified tirtha purohits at all three kshetras. The package includes samagri, priest dakshina, brahmin bhojan and the full vidhi. Please share the number of ancestors and any specific sankalp.
Are meals included? What about Jain / no-onion-garlic food?
All packages include sattvik vegetarian meals. Jain, no-onion-garlic and diabetic-friendly options are pre-arranged on request — please tell us at the time of booking.
How is Char Dham different by helicopter vs by road?
By road: 10–11 days, more affordable, physically demanding (Kedarnath trek is 16 km one way). By helicopter: 5–6 days, higher cost, minimal walking — ideal for elders. We offer both, with a hybrid option (helicopter for Kedar only).
Is travel insurance included?
Basic on-trip medical assistance is included. Comprehensive travel insurance (cancellation, hospitalisation) is optional and offered at cost — we strongly recommend it for Char Dham.
Can you organise a private / family-only yatra?
Yes. Any kshetra combination can be arranged as a private tour with your own vehicle, chef and tour manager. Ideal for families with elders, small children or specific vidhi requirements.
