How much does 2 / 3 / 4 BHK interior cost in Lucknow?
Indicative all-inclusive turnkey prices: 2 BHK essential from ₹6.5 lakh, 3 BHK premium from ₹11 lakh, 4 BHK luxury from ₹22 lakh. Renovations of a single room or kitchen start at ₹4 lakh. Every quote is customised after a site visit and 3D design round.
How long does a full-home interior take?
60–90 days from BoQ sign-off to handover for a full-home project. Renovations of a single room or kitchen finish in 30–45 days. We share a milestone-based schedule at signing and stick to it.
Is the design fee separate?
The initial site visit and one 3D concept round are free. If you sign the execution contract, the design fee is included in the quote. If you don't proceed, a nominal design fee (₹15,000 for full home) applies for the second round and the finalised drawings.
What material grade do you use for modular?
710-grade BWP ply for shutters and 710/HDHMR for carcass in wet areas; MR-grade ply for dry areas; branded hinges (Hettich, Blum, Hafele); soft-close drawers as standard. Full brand and warranty details are printed on the BoQ.
Do I need to move out during renovation?
Kitchen or one-room renovations can happen with you in the house — we cordon off the zone and manage dust. Full-home interiors are best done with the house empty, or with the family shifted to a spare bedroom for 4–6 weeks.
Can you design as per Vastu?
Yes — this is default. Our empanelled Vastu consultants review every design at the concept stage, at no extra cost. Directional zoning, kitchen placement, pooja room and bedroom head-direction are all checked.
What is the payment schedule?
40% at design sign-off, 30% on material delivery to site, 20% before finishing works, and 10% at snag-list closure post-handover. All payments against invoice; UPI, RTGS and cheque accepted.
What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Modular carpentry structural integrity, hinges, drawer channels and hardware are covered for 10 years. Finishes (laminates, membrane, paint) carry a 1-year warranty. Wear-and-tear items (bulbs, silicone) are excluded. Full written warranty is issued at handover.
