A sustainable event replaces single-use plastic with compostable or reusable alternatives — leaf plates, kulhad glasses, cloth napkins, jute and marigold decor instead of thermocol and foil. Leftover food is donated to partner NGOs, floral waste is composted, and digital invites replace paper cards. We audit every event and share a post-event waste report so you can see exactly what was diverted.

For lagan-season weddings (Nov–Feb, Apr–Jun), we recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks in advance so we can lock in preferred dates, venues and vendors. For smaller functions, 3–4 weeks is usually enough. We do accept short-notice bookings subject to availability — WhatsApp us to check.

We coordinate with a curated network of vetted caterers — pure-veg, satvik, Awadhi, Mughlai, Continental and Jain — and manage menu tasting, quantity planning, live counters and service staff. Catering is billed at the caterer's rate; we do not mark it up.

Every event we run has a food-donation SOP. Surplus cooked food is packed hygienically within 90 minutes of the meal end and delivered to partner NGOs and shelters in Lucknow. You receive a donation receipt with meal counts as part of the post-event report.

Full refund (minus a small advisory fee) for cancellations 30+ days before the event. 50% refund for 15–30 day cancellations. Beyond 15 days, refunds depend on vendor advances already committed — we share the exact breakdown transparently.
