Prime Partner (Tier 1)

Core Partner (Tier 2)
Minimum Guarantee Lead
Selection based on 1 year of strong track record, customer ratings and discipline
- • Minimum-guarantee lead cover from the company.
- • In return, top priority (SLA) on company leads is mandatory.
- • 'No-Rejection Policy' applies — details in the Terms & Conditions.
- • Promotional support and priority assistance.
How earnings work

4 successful leads = next year's registration fee waived
If an expert successfully completes 4 leads, next year's registration fee will not be charged.
Terms & Conditions
No-Bypass policy
No direct deal with a customer sourced via Mangal Hands. Violation leads to forfeiture of the security deposit and permanent blacklisting.
Liability
Full responsibility for any technical negligence or damage on-site rests with the expert; the company or the referring business partner carries no liability.
- Prime tier: ₹1,000 registration fee is non-refundable; ₹5,000 security deposit is held for 1 year and refunded subject to conditions.
- No-Bypass policy: Any direct deal with a customer sourced through Mangal Hands is prohibited. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit and permanent blacklisting from the network.
- No-Rejection Policy (Core tier): Rejecting leads two times in a row without a solid/emergency reason ends that month's minimum guarantee and results in demotion to Prime tier.
- Liability: Full responsibility for any technical negligence or damage on-site rests with the expert; the company or the referring business partner carries no financial/legal liability. This clause is signed off during onboarding.
- Payment is on a per-job commission basis and is payable only for 'Completed' jobs, after full payment is received from the customer.
- The expert is an independent service provider — this is not an employment contract. The company reserves the right to reasonably revise fees, commissions and terms.
